No one else is probably this crazy (or stupid!) but I'm saving to get him a flat screen tv!! I need to save about $2,500. the whole reason for this is b/c when his mom and step-dad got engaged, she bought him a huge flat screen for an e-gift! so FH always bugs me to get him one! so it will be a suprise!

I was going to give the same thing to my FH as a combo wedding gift/b-day gift (his b-day is tomorrow). but $2K is more than I can even fathom of spending right now the way $$ has been flying out of here these past few weeks.

we'll buy 1 together for Christmas, maybe

Before we got engaged, he asked me if he gets an engagement present, since I get a ring...

I got my husband an ipod b/c I knew he really wanted one, but wouldn't spend the money on it anytime soon. I gave it to him a few weeks before the wedding so he could download songs and use it for the HM. He loved it.

I plan on getting FH a flat screen TV too. He said he doesn't want anything but I guess it would be a gift for both of us for our new place. He said not to but I'm going to get it anyway because I love him soooooooooo much!!!!

to save a little money we decided not to give each other gifts...we feel besides the money issue...that our wedding is enough of a present for the both of us

I think our honeymoon will be our gift to each other but I have wanted to get him a watch with something engraved ever since we got engaged and never got around to it so I might get it for a wedding gift but I'm not going to tell him because I don't want him to get me anything- I'm getting an awesome gift- him!

Either a new computer (They can build one for me at work) or season tickets to one of his many sports.

His birthday is 2 months before the wedding, and mine is about a month after, so it will probably be a combination wedding/birthday gift for both of us!!

I bought my FH a barritone saxaphone... he is a musician so he will appreciate it... since it cost me so much I plan on rewrapping it for Christmas, Valentines day & his Birthday too!
