I think it is a personal preference, it all depends on what you and FH want..

That place is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Nice choice, but I didn't see the rising dance floor on any pics, You should do whatever you and FH want! Don't worry about it, if you like it it's your day!!!

I say if you want it then go for it. My friend got married at the Villa Barone Manor and this was how she made she made her grand entrance which was cute. For me I am so not into things like this. It is just not my taste.

I went to a few parties at Russo's on the Bay and I thought coming up from the floor in the elevator was AWESOME!!! I also liked the stairs that come out of the wall.. I think it is cool!! DO IT!!!
