LMAO, for those who want somewhat of a clear definition of freestyle, I will try my best to explain it in the best possible way:

Most of this music was most popular in the very late 80's some going into very, very early 90's. I guess to some, this music was considered 'Guido/Guidette' music, Lmao--

Freestyle I guess you can say was that generation/type of music all put into that one category, all had a somewhat of a techno beat, most of these songs had to do w/ some sort of love, No Hate, No Killings, No Gangs.....it was just all good, fun, great-to-dance and sing-to Music.

Posh @ the Garden City Hotel, no freestyle 'night' as far as I know but the DJs usually throw some in at all the clubs I've been to on the island and NYC and I think I've hit them all!

and GiGi isn't really freestyle is it? I thought it was more Voice House or Techno than Freestyle. Maybe I'm wrong.

OMG I was going to post something about freestyle but I thought no one would know what I was talking about. I absolutely love freestyle and could listen to it all day long, lol.

I love love love Maria by TKA, and anything else they sing.....

I used to cruise Franny Lew, Hempstead Turnpike, DPA, and Crossbay Blvd, but the best was 86th Street.....sometimes all in one night, depended on how many guys were out, lmao, I was a major guidette cruising for guys, with my 'system' and tinted windows, oh and don't forget the rims.........

Oh the memories........

I think I've posted before on one of these posts 'What the F*$K is FREESTYLE?' and I think you all laughed at me

I don't really know what it is either. My boss has mentioned listening to her freestyle cd at the gym & I hear it hear a lot, but I was not familiar with the term.

And none of the songs names sound familar to me. I am at work, I can't listen to those clips posted.

And I don't think it is an age thing b/c Debbie(DCSAAB06) & I went to HS together & she knows what you are talking about.
