Grand Prospect has a huge ballroom, very grand and beautiful, I'm not surprised at the minimum at all !!

I don't recall being stated a minimum for the
Bourne Mansion. (It's a Saturday night wedding, but they only have one affair a day.)

But maybe that's because we had to pay a site fee?

yep, it's 300.. they usually charge a site fee if you have less than the minimum, I guaranteed 240, but luckily we didn't have to..
