11 months before only because we got them from David's Bridal and the dress was going to be discontinued.

I ordered mine online the first week in March and they arrived the 3rd week in May.

The beginning of March. Two of my girls are from Florida so I have to ship them their dresses so I wanted to do it ASAP. Hopefully they will be in soon!

My bridesmaids had their dresses ordered in October for my June wedding, so about 8 months.

A few weeks ago -- for an October Wedding.

I'm hoping they come in the first week of September.

You don't want it too far away from the date - the dresses will be sitting there - the girls should get fitted closer to the wedding to allow for any fluctuations in weight.

Same here and ours are not scheduled to be in until next week ( a month before the wedding). I am so pissed that I didn't lie about our wedding date (esp since my sister lives in Germany and we need to get her dress to her for alterations)! We think the store must have waited to order since it's kind of insane to take that long, don't ya think?

UPDATE: I just found out our dresses aren't scheduled to be in until JUNE 18. LIE LIE LIE about your wedding date! I am freaking out.

We ordered five months before the wedding. They will have them three months before the wedding.

well they're probably going to order from David's... which doesn't have the best reputation for customer service.

you also have to factor in for errors. And from what I've seen on LIW, that's not uncommon.
