Renting out the bar sounds great! My wedding is a Sunday though - I wonder how many people are going to take off Monday besides my immediate family? Would be fun to continue the party....

Thanks girls! I have to think about it because my wedding ends at 12:30am, and I already scheduled buses to go back to Inn at Quogue for that time. We have A LOT of people staying over there, so I figured they could go to the bar there if they wanted to keep partying. I think some people might be tired since our ceremony is at 4:00 and it will be a long day. The idea of having buses go back to Quogue at different times is good too.
Oh well, something to think about.

lucky lucy - would definitely be interested to find out where you got the shuttles from? as of now I have school buses b/c the shuttles I found were just as expensive and fit half the amount of people.

so many Atlantica brides out there it's great!

ALSO... for brides using the bar after the reception- what are you doing as far as music for that time? I never discussed it w/ them. Do they just pipe in some music perhaps?

could someone give me some info on the busses.... i need them to go to the inn on main and to the best western in riverhead.. most of our guests are staying at the best western and need to get them to and from the atlantica. please fm me any info you have

How far is the Best Western in Riverhead from Atlantica? How much would it be for our guests to take a taxi???

I had looked it up on Mapquest & I think it said the Best Western was about 25 minutes from Atlantica.

i had also met with burton's .........
I couldn't get in touch with claire bean but i also heard they were expensive and i had a 2000 budget for flowers. Burtons didn't want to do hydragenea (sp?) in boqs. I met with joanne. they were very service oriented. I'm also not one to meet with with a million vendors.
