Re: Wishing well ideas

I am having the ABC wishing well. Here is the poem that was sent with the invitations. You circle a different letter for each invitation.
A B C D E F G

Z Name of bide is getting married H
So it is only fitting to have an
Y “ABC” wishing well for her I
Shower, no we aren’t kidding
X A letter has been circled so J
You can tell how we will fill
W her wishing well !! K
Please bring a gift that starts
with your letter, Somethng silly
V sweet or something much L
better,
“T” could be for tongs
toothpicks or tacks
U “S”could be for spices, spoons M
or sacks,
Your imagination is
your only limit, be clever be crazy
just get into it.
T Wrap it in tissue paper, N
And your name do not tell
It’s just a little something for
Simone’s wishing well!!

S R Q P O

Hope this helps

Re: Wishing well ideas

I love the ABC idea! Here's my contribution: My sister is getting married ealry next year, and she wants a wine wishing well. She saw this at another birdal shower and thought it would be a great way to start her wine collection, She said she doesn't care what the wine costs, she's going to enjoy them all!

Re: Wishing well ideas

I'm doing a wishing well using a hamper, a broom and a mop. the hamper serves as the actual well part and the mop and broom serve as the polls. i'm decorating it with silk flowers. When i'm done I'll post some pictures.

Re: Wishing well ideas

If you're a big reader (like I am), you can do a book theme. Everybody is going to bring books for me to read on our honeymoon (paperbacks, beach books).

RE:Wishing well ideas

Hello- I am looking to do this at my sister's wedding shower. Did you download a template for this or did someone design this for you? Trying to get the letters around the border of the page and wanted to see if you could tell me how you did yours. Thanks!
