DH actually read something to me on the internet about how they recommend you wear dark colored pants while using it. That stopped me right there from buying it She must have been sooooooooooo embarassed.

i saw on oprah that Dr. Oz said that the pill does something to your system, so that you dont' absorb ANY fat, and of course because its not absorbing and the pill is causing your body to reject the fat, it MUST go somewhere and it comes out as diarrhea if you't not careful!

she probably did! i think dr. oz said that the pill CAN work, but if you go off the low fat plan just ONCE (like a lot of ppl do), you will wind up with those side effects!!!

Im still baffeled OILLLLLLLLLLL , usually when a med says side effects, it doesnt mean its def, but I guess this one is serious WOW, and this is for dieting, does it work? there has to be other natural ways to go about this

i would love to know what she ate. you cant just eat a big mac and expect to side effects with this pill, lol. im like paranoid w what i eat cuase i dont want that crap to happen to me!!!! lol. plus, if i know im gonna eat fatty, i just wont take it w that meal. im just using it to lose like 10 lbs, and as i said, so far no effects, although you all just scared me and i checked, lol.
