Im still baffeled OILLLLLLLLLLL , usually when a med says side effects, it doesnt mean its def, but I guess this one is serious WOW, and this is for dieting, does it work? there has to be other natural ways to go about this

yeah theres even certain foods that cause anal leakage, i know theres something in a certain type of potato chip but can't remember exactly right now

im going on vacation in nov and i need to take off some poundage, lol, gotta get bikini ready, ughh!

I mentioned on another post - even if you eat peanut butter (which they recommend) one tspn will cause you to have a discharge. Salad dressing - ANYTHING can cause it. To me its not worth it - i rather work harder on excercise and counting my points on WW then having oil come out of my a hole.

Feel bad for that POOR girl!

I think it's olestra? I remember it being a huge thing when it first came out on the market.

she probably did! i think dr. oz said that the pill CAN work, but if you go off the low fat plan just ONCE (like a lot of ppl do), you will wind up with those side effects!!!

yeah but peanut butter and salad dressing are very high in fat. they say you have to stay around 15 grams of fat per meal. most of my meals are even under that. plus i only take it at lunch and dinner.

i know, i should be running, im just so lazy and always looking for a quick fix, lol, its horrible. gotta get back into an exercise routine.

thank you! that's what i'm saying! i am soooo much a better candidate to try nonconventional methods, but the worry wort i am keeps me sweating it out instead
