Anyone have a khaki green colored room?
Thinking of repainting the living room...but the color I have in mind, I can't find anywhere!! I want like a khaki green...every green I see is too sage green or too pine green...I guess what I am looking for is like a green that has some beige and grey undertones....does it exist? Any one have pics that sound like that color? Thanks in advance girls.

Megan & Christine:Did you girls paint over paneling? It is looking more & more likely this is what we will have to do in our living room. If so any suggestions?
Thanks ~ Meri

we painted over the paneling in the den (as shown). we felt it was easier then ripping down the paneling and starting from stratch. the paint adhered better than the other rooms w/o paneling. no primer or sanding required.

Thanks just one other question: What color was your paneling?

Re: Anyone have a khaki green colored room?
our paneling was a light yellow. just to let you know we didn't prime any room. we painted light over dark and dark over light. took a few extra coats in some rooms but no problems.

Re: Anyone have a khaki green colored room?
my friend painted her house khaki-she used ralph lauren and bought it in home depot---i can't think of the exact name-when ido, i'll post it---it is a 'true' khaki and she accented the room in creams/browns\yellows--it looks so pretty!Welcome New Vendors
