Can anyone answer this Desperate Housewives question?

In last week's tv guide they said that Carlos was going to have a 'jailhouse confession'...

Then, Gaby burned his passport...

Did I miss what he confessed?

I saw the part when Gaby was visiting him in jail...but, all I heard Carlos say was to get his passport and burn all the other papers...

He confessed to her that he was guilty because he wanted her to get rid of the evidence...burn the papers.

the passport would of got him out of jail but when he said he was 'guilty', gaby didnt want him out because she started to believe in him and love him like she used to

He never directly answered what his involvement was, but by asking her to burn the papers I'm guessing it wasn't good.

I dont think Gaby wants him out of jail - therefore she burned the passport and kept the papers. Maybe she will cooperate w/ the feds and give them the papers. I think she was really hurt to find out Carlos knew what was going on

I thought that was a little harsh. She didn't have to burn the passport? Giving him NO chance now of leaving. You could work through white collar crimes. It's not like rape, child molestation, or murder!

If he's found innocent burning the passport wasn't giving him no chance of leaving. He can order a replacement hehe.

Basically what she has done is try to prevent him from illegally escaping the country before a trial is completed.

And I think the judge said Carlos can only see his mother if he has his passport. So Gabby took away his chance of seeing her in the hospital.

Thats pretty funny that she could be hurt by that but be OK with sleeping with a 16 year old!
