Cancelling Kleinfelds appointment

Since i found MY DRESS already (woo hoo), I need to cancel my Kleinfeld appointment or else I'm going to be charged. Does anyone know how to do this? Do i just call, or can i do it online?

I tried to do it online but could only find an option to make an appointment, not cancel so I had to call. HTH!

Guess I'm going to have to call! I made it about a month ago... but if you're flexible you can probably try for 1 - 2 weeks out...

you can check online for their openings. I think the weekend/after work slots fill up fast for obvious reasons.

It's really easy to make one online and they send you a confirmation

no you dont, they just ask for credit info because they charge $50 for no shows.

You have to cancel 48 hours before the appointment

they were pretty good with reminders though, when I went last tuesday, they called me on saturday I believe to confirm so I could've canceled right there without getting charged
