How to sign up for Pre-Cana?

I need to do pre-cana but have no idea who to contact to sign up or how to find out when it is etc? I am in Manhattan but am getting married in Westchester. I would rather do the pre-cana in the city if possible? THANKS!!!!!!!!!

you have to meet with the priest where you'll be marrying for an initial interview. Then you can set up FOCCUS, pre-cana, and set your rehearsal date.

you have to get this done asap -- we were told that our parish needed a year's advance notice but the church you marry in might not be as busy.
Pre-cana can be done in a church other than the one you are marrying in.

I have already met with the priest a week after getting engaged and booked our church etc. He told me to do pre-cana in the spring so here I am wondering how to do it. It isn't offered in the church we are marrying in and in any case I want to do it in the NYC. Do you know who I can call to find out where it is being held?

our diocese has a website with info but it's in Rockville Center (LI)

Contact your priest or the the Diocese, we didnt 'sign up' for it, he told us when we should do it and we received letters from them telling us the dates, etc.

Call and ask if you will be receiving the info or if you need to actually register and sign up for it.

Call the church . You dont have to go to Pre cana where you are getting married I dont think. My friends had to pay $350 to do Pre cana for some reason and we only paid $60. It was the same thing and I think every penny counts so dont feel limited but if you love your church go for it no matter what the cost
