Anyone using NELSON D'LEON for hair or make-up?

He is the BOMB (if you wanna drop $1200....)!

edited to say: i am not using him (what are you nuts with that price) but i went in to see him for a veil and he gave me a free 10 minute consultation and threw my hair up and bejeweled me - it was fun.

I bought my hair pins from him, but I would NEVER spend that kind of money on hair and makeup.

I went to his studio and to say the least I wasn't thrilled. He and his staff were so arrogant. maybe I caught them on a bad day.

Not worth the $ to me.

awe thanks. yeah, they can be arrogant and when Nelson tells you his opinion on how he thinks you should look there is really no talking him out of it. He IS awesome though at what he does. Pretty hair jewelry too.

I have a friend that used him - Don't get me wrong, she looked beautiful, (She's also just naturally a pretty girl) But, she didn't look any different/better than other brides who have had their hair/makeup done by someone who knows what they're doing. - you know ??
Alot of $$ IMO. - But hey whatever makes you feel great about yourself that day, go for it !
