Can you use a rubber stamp on a glassine envelope?

Can you use a rubber stamp on a glassine envelope?

Or will the ink just bead up and never dry?

If you use Stays On ink it will be OK it' all about the ink. HTH You can get it at Michaels or AC Moore

you can only use StaZon (or similar) ink - it sticks to any material. but still make sure you let it dry.
you could use pigment ink only if you are going to be heat embossing with powder to seal it in.
