Snow Globe Table numbers...with pics...

So for my winter wonderland theme wedding... I was thinking of doing a snow globe for the table numbers....

But what do I put inside?

Should I put pictures of things like a real snowflakes up close, and icicles, etc... and then name that table in correspondence to the picture?

Or should I put pictures of us as kids in them and number them regularly?

OR should I forgo the snow globe idea all together and do Antique Crystal picture frames... again though.. what do I put with them? Pictures of us growing up or Winter pics?

What are your thoughts??

I like the frame idea...I just don't like the black bases of these globes. I do like the idea of having pics of you as kids in there....you can do that with the numbers.

If you still want to go the snow globe route Restoration Hardware was selling snow globes that you can put pics in with metal silver bases...I have two of them and they are gorgeous and BIG! I think if you did globes they would have to be big to stand out.

I too don't like the bases on those snow globes. I think antique-y frames would look awesome! And I LOVE wintry pics of you two!

I figured I would paint the bottoms silver then use spray glue and sprinkle diamond dust on the bottom. So they wouldn't be black at all.

Have you ever used or seen diamond dust? That stuff is amazing!!!!! And sooo pretty!

Anyway... so I don't have winter pics of us.... and I can't get any either because it's now almost summer. It would be Winter Pics... like a super close up snowflake or a blizzard or an icicle close up.

For example.. the first pic would be Blizzard and the second pic would be Icicles



Then I have like a million cute pics of us as kids that would be cool to incorporate but my original idea was winter scenes.

I'm just going through all my winter pics... I have soo many cute ones.... I went nuts searching the internet for them. I would post them all on here.. but with the way LIW makes you resize everything it would be wayyyy too much work.

I'm going to make an album instead.. titled winter pics.

OK - I'm on the Restoration Hardware site and I can't find them. Do you know where they are? Also how much are they? I need like 18 to 20 of them... so I need ones that aren't tooo expensive.

do you have any pics of you and FH when you were kids in the winter? like building a snow man? or skiing? that way you could incorporate winter pics and you as kids? plus theres nothing cuter than little kids all bundled up and lookin like ralphie from a christmas story.

That's such a cute idea... but I don't think we would have enough pics. I don't think I have 20 pics of me growing up in the winter and 20 of him. I definately have 20 pics of each of us.. but they aren't all in the winter.

Also, I have a limited number of pics of me as a kid.

The snow globes are 2 sided.. i could do the winter pic on one side then 2 pics of us as kids on the other. I just don't know what size pictures fit and if I can get 2 pics on the one side. I didn't get the globes yet... so I can still size it up.
