I have seen it really during the reception... alittle past half way...but I dont think there is a set time you should do it ... maybe your preference.. JMO

At the end, more like a dessert coffee thing. This will also allow people to take them home rather than smoke them if they want.

'10 crashing.... im getting a cigar roller and had the same question, my concierge told me its best to have him during the viennesse hour (or during the dessert plate if you dont have viennesse)... have him set up a little before cake cutting JMO

i agree, its the best way or else youll have lots of men going outside to smoke and spending their time doing this. When ive seen it at a wedding, the cigar rollers were there as ppl were leaving so they can take it with them
