I am in... unfortunately thanks to my stomach issues I am battling the newlywed 15!!!

I feel disgusting and have all my cute Christmas clothes to fit into.

I belong to Planet fitness. I have been bad about keeping a regular schedule but even when I miss a few days I do not feel too bad b/c it is only $10/month. If you are not using your membership maybe you should consider canceling it.

God my gym membership is SOOOOOO expensive but i really go a lot. . except when I am travelling. . sometimes it feels like a vacation. .like on saturday I did Yoga, then cardio a little weights and then got to steam room!! felt so nice. . .

I go 3-4 days a week. I think it's worth it.

Like Jen said- it's hard getting there but once you go, it's easy. I made a workout thread recently. Let me bump it.

I still have 3 months left on my contract with NYSC. My fee is $69/mo. I go on 2-3 times a week which is definitely not worth it for the monthly fee. If you can find a gym that offers non-committed contract on a weekly basis, I would highly recommend going with that option. The problem with signing a contract with monthly dues is not worth it if you're going to the gym 2-3x a week. For each day that you're missing gym, you're giving away money to the gym!!! I'm trying to find a more affordable gym. Right after I signed up with NYSC, they were doing a promotion for $39/mo!!!!

Definitely shop around b4 you sign up for the membership!

What about investing in a treadmill or elliptical?? I'm lucky enough to have a gym in my building so rain or shine I'm there about 5x a week. My boss recently moved and there isnt a gym near him so he bought a treadmill for the house and they use it all the time. Maybe a few weights as well?
