Re: Let's plan a newlywed's GTG

Then I'm not sure if I can make it. It depends on the time & where it is. (I don't drive so DH is my driver)

Re: Let's plan a newlywed's GTG

Ladies - I don't mean to bring up something negative but I actually thought of this a while after I read the post. Feb 12th is that Sat of 'Valentine's weekend' since V-Day is a weekday - there may be some of us going out that night for dinner with DH and besides that - I think any restaurant is going to be nuts that night!!
Maybe lunch would be better?

Re: Let's plan a newlywed's GTG

How many people who were going to come on the 12th now can't come b/c of v-day? Brad and I can easily go out Sunday night instead, and if we go somewhere on Saturday night that takes reservations, we should be okay....

Darn, this was going so well, but thanks for bringing that up, Michal.

Re: Let's plan a newlywed's GTG

I would love to go also.

I agree that it is PrincessRose's choice since she is moving, but just to throw this out there if you want to have it at Papa Razzi again, one the bartenders was my BM and I am friends with an asst. manager there. (DH used to work there. )

Re: Let's plan a newlywed's GTG

I would prefer lunch on the 13th or even the 12th (whatever is better) because it is V-day weekend. I was thinking about that too and I am not sure which day we are doing our plans for V-day.

Re: Let's plan a newlywed's GTG

Holy Moly, Girls!!!!!!!!

I didn't mean to hijack this as a going away party! I hope no one minds that....

Papa Razzi sounds awesome to me - I've never been there, and I <3 Italian food. At first I was gonna say that I couldn't do a Sunday, but then I realized that I won't be working Sundays anymore by that time... Goodbye, LIR.

OK, enough of that. Anyway, if Sunday lunch works for more people, that would be just fine for me. I'm cool either way.

You guys are too sweet.
