8 kids is expensive. 8 kids over a lifetime is way more than going to invitro if the first batch of eggs doesnt work!!! I think she is a freak and wanted attention! THERE I SAID IT!!LOL

What kind of woman has 14 kids before she reaches the age of 30??? Seriously - what's going on here?

This whole thing makes me cringe.

Was it invitro though? Oh Jeez, if a guy did knock her up,
imagine what his child support payments would be like! Ahahaha!! He'd probably b over her house right now with flowers - trying to 'make it work'

Okay....here I am. But I'm not going to yell. Unfortunately I am on the infertility board and am going through the whole fertility process now. I have great insurance and even for me, not all things are covered. (For IVF, my insurance will only pay $10,000 in my lifetime.) How is she paying for this if she is unemployed? Does she have insurance? I think there's definintely more to the story. I know my dr told me that if we do IVF, and we get pregnant w/ more than twins, we may want to consider reducing them bc of potential health risks for me (and the babies). They also asked me all kinds of questions about my medical history (prior pregnancies, kids, etc). I'm wondering what the dr asked her. There are so many questions....I just hope that this doesn't become such a huge issue in the media that it effects anyone who is going through the unbelievably scary/ difficult/ emotional/ expensive fertility process. It's devastating to not be able to get pregnant easily...I can't stress that enough....the fertility treatments that are out there are a lot of people's only hope!

This story is just getting more & more Bizarre...


-Nadya Suleman is a 33-year-old single mother who lives with her parents. She declared bankruptcy over a year ago. She already had six kids

-Nadya's mommy, Angela said all 14 kids (!!!) came from the same sperm donor. Nadya had the 8 embryos implanted, because she wanted just 'one more girl.' Her mother said, 'And look what happened. Octuplets. Dear God.' Nadya, who holds a degree in child development, wanted kids when she was a teenager, but it wasn't possible.

-Angela added that her daughter 'is not evil, but she is obsessed with children. She loves children, she is very good with children, but obviously she overdid herself.' Angela then sighed and said, 'I wish she would have become a kindergarten teacher.'

OMG no way I heard about this but not the whole story. CPS should be called b/c she this does not sound like a safe and healthy place for these kids to live.

She was warned by her parents so now she is going to be all by herself raising these 14 kids and the 8 lil ones will have major health problems because they are really underweight and under developed right now. They are going to be in the hospital for months.
