Absolutely no problems, did a plan and simple post card save the date- came fast and looked great, did the job of letting guests know when the big day was ?

Wedding Rings: Gennaro Jewlers, Bellmore A+++
Since I am wearing my Great-Great Grandmothers engagement ring I was having trouble finding the perfect band to go with it. We went to Gennaro and they custom made a beautiful band that matched my ring. Amazing customer service! You can go in there anytime and get your ring cleaned no matter if you got it there; everyone is so friendly and helpful!

We picked it because it was close to the church, well priced and fun. the service was great and the food was awesome!




Dress: Lillettes in Bellmore, A

The experience in shop was amazing, I found my dream dress, and everyone was very nice and accommodating. The only problem I had with Lillettes was the alteration lady was a touch mean, I guess I was obsessing about the dress fitting perfectly and asking too many questions, but this is her job, to work with brides, just expected a little more patience and being nice ha
Two of my bridesmaids got their dresses there as well and had no problems and I went with them to their fittings and their alterations lady was very nice and sweet. So maybe my lady was just having a bad day. I would use Lillettes again.




Tuxes: Mens Warehouse B/C
The initial experience of picking out the tuxes was great; the girl we worked with was very helpful and friendly. Fast forward to the actual day the boys go to pick them up, most of the tuxes did not fit and had to be altered and the boys had to go back the next day… this is just annoying to me because what’s the point of the initial fitting if they are just going to have to do it again. But besides that the tuxes looked great and they were just what I wanted.



Veil: My moms, restoration done by : meurice garment care, NYC A++++

I new I wanted to wear my moms veil, but when we took it out of the box it was yellowed and some of the lace was falling apart. I was nervous but heard great things about meurice garment care and I have to say they did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone!

I always order things from overstock, I found this set that I loved, ordered it and thought it was perfect for my dress.


Hair: Angelas Hair Design A++++

First of Angela was great to work with on the day of. She was fun and fit right in with all the girls hanging out and getting ready. Secondly everyones hair looked amazing and stayed the whole night!!! I recommend Angela to everyone and my future sister in law just booked her for her wedding.

Andrea is truly an artist and is very talented. I loved my make up and it last all night. I got airbrushes and lashes, with a smokey eye and natural lip. Also all my girls used her and their make up was fabulous!

We met with Rob and I knew that we would book with them. He was great with timeline and really breaking down the day and figuring out how the day would run smoothest. The drivers were all awesome the day of, on time, friendly and helpful. We got a party bus and a rolls. I would definitely recommend them.



Flowers: Bella Flowers A+

Christina was great to work with. I really had no idea what type of flower or look I was trying to achieve with the flowers. I brought her about 20 pictures of flowers and she worked with me to find out what I actually really liked. Loved my flowers the day of and had no problems. The flowers lasted for about two weeks after the wedding which was nice too




Hotel Block: La Quinta Inn Garden city A+
No complaints, they were really easy to work with, booking 15 rooms got 2 free shuttles which was great for the guests. The honeymoon sweet was nice and gave the boys plenty of room to hang out and get ready in. Also the wedding ended at 12 and everyone came back, the bar stayed open till 2 am and some of my guests stayed up partying till 5 am in the lobby with no complaints ?

Reception: Stewart Manor Country Club

I fell in love with this place as soon as I saw their website. I used to work in a big, popular catering hall on long island, so I knew I wanted something intimate and personal. Stewart manor is just that, one wedding at a time, great rustic style and great food. The whole planning process was great, we worked with Tricia and she was great and fun to work with. Everything ran smoothly the day of, plenty of food and drinks, and dancing.




DJ: Absolute entertainment A+++++

Love them! This was an easy choice, two of my cousins had previously used them for their weddings and they were great. So we booked them and they were great at our wedding! So easy to talk to and work with—played all of our must play songs and mixed in other great music.

There is not one bad thing I can say about benchwerk. Their work truly speaks for itself. I wanted creative, beautiful shots and that’s what I got. We were able to do engagement pictures with them and they were so fun and we spent 3 hours having fun posing for pictures. Then on the day of the wedding they were the same way, we had a great time with them, they are easy to work with, not pushy at all and I love love love my pictures ?
