My 3/14/04 Review...

I know it has been said before but this day was truly fabulous. Everything was wonderful and best of all I married my best friend. On to the Reviews...

Makeup by Oksana... A++++++ This woman is fantastic!!! She did an amazing job on my makeup as well as my girls. Everyone was raving about my makeup and how she made my eyes POP. She was so nice and affordable. We all got along with her instantly. I couldn't have imagined ever looking as good as I did.

Hair By Astrid... A+++++ She did such a great job on my hair. It was an updo and stayed up and in place all night. She did all my girls in all different styles and they looked beautiful. She was affordable and so nice. Her and Oksana got along great, they may start a partnership!

Flowers... A++++++ San Giorgio in Carle Place did my flowers and they were amazing!!! I literally had to catch my breath when I saw them. They captured my vision perfectly and were so, so, so affordable!!! The flowers held up all through the night. My mother-in-Law didn't throw out her corsage for 2 weeks. Thats how great the flowers were!

Gown...A+++ Bonaventure in Garden City. The ladies there were so helpful and I had as many fittings as I wanted until I was comfortable. The dress turned out beautiful and they even steam cleaned my veil even though I didn't get it there.

Veil/Headpiece... A++++ Barrons in Tri- County. This woman is fantastic. She custom made both for a very affordable price. They both fit perfectly. Definately check her out.

Shoes...C- Bridal Boutique in Carle Place. They were expensive and not very accomadating. A few of my girls went there to dye shoes and there were some problems with the colors matching up.

Bridesmaid Dresses... A+ Bridal Reflections. I know alot of people have had problem with them but they treated my girls wonderfully. All there dresses fit perfectly, no problems.

Photo/Video/Limo...A++++ Queens Bridal. They did a great job. The limo was on time and very professional, fully stocked. Both the photo and video guy were so nice and helpful. I haven't seen my proofs yet but when I do I will repost. Got my proofs back and they did an amazing job. Everything looked so nice. Can't wait to pick out my album!!

Reception...A++++++++++++++++++ Westbury Manor... Last but not least. They did a fantastic job. Far exceeded our expections. the foofd was absolutely wonderful. I still have people coming up to me to say 'that was the best so and so I ever ate!' The service was phenomenol, not only for me & my husband but also our guests. Our bridal attendent & matre d were both so attentive. They packaged everything up at the end of the night for us and threw in some gifts. They went above and beyond expectations.

Honeymoon...A+++++++++++++++++ We went to Hawaii and booked through J&J Travel. They hooked us up. Every hotel we got upgraded and a special honeymoon package!! Oahu we stayed at the Outrigger on the Beach. Very nice right in the heart of Waikiki.
Kauai we stayed at the Sheraton. We truly fell in love with this place. The service was FANTASTIC. Not only do you get a fabulous breakfast buffett every morning but you get a Mai Tai Happy Hour every night with entertainment!!! The location was beautiful. My husband and I will definitely return to this resort.
In Maui we stayed at the Sheraton as well. Not as nice as the other one. Location was good but it had no extras like in Kauai. Overall though a fantastic trip. The travel agent got us a GREAT deal!
