At the time, the rumor was that they were going to possibly build town homes on the property or have major construction within the 18 acres. A few months after we signed, they started to book events until 2012. It was in negotiations from what we heard and the plans fell through.

Thanks Candace...you'll find many that are. Which is why I followed through. Its great to be able to help brides with as much info as possible. I was lurking on the Brides Review Board for a couple of months before actually posting on 2010. It was so helpful.
