Bar questions
My problem is that we are getting our own wine: red, white and champagne. Does anyone know how much I need or how many bottles per person average? Our caterer is not giving us a straight answer. Thanks!

If The caterer is unsure, ask them if they can ask a bartender at the hall for you, they will surely know the average for a party, and then just get a few extras. Make sure you tell the caterer to specify how many people will be at your event,when asking, because that is key. Good luck.
