I've been reading this board for awhile now, I guess preparing for the moment the question was popped. Now that it has been, I still feel like I don't know what I'm doing. Im asking all you readers out there: 1. how did you get started? 2. has anyone booked any of the following? - swan club, crest hollow, fow hollow, villa victor, oheka, thatched cottage, carltun, or john anthony's - can you please comment. 3. any other starter tips would be great. thanks to everyone - i know its a lot to ask for, but it will be appreciated!!!

I did a Renaissance Wedding in the garden at Oheka once where just as the Bride was expected to come down the aisle there was a pregnant pause... Then the horses hooves were heard in the distance. Everyone turned, the carriage stops at the top of the aisle, Bride is helped down by her father and they then walked down the aisle. Oheka and Carltun are my faves!

No one sees more of everything...up front and behind the scenes...throughout the wedding day than the photographer. Photographers are with you for 8 to 12 hours and have been almost everywhere. This is a great place to start. Photographers can show you real photos under real conditioons at many catering halls. We have over 70 albums filled with thousands of catering hall photos. Also, the photographers will show you what to be aware of at each hall to avoid mistakes later. Photographers also know which make-up artists are good, which limos never disappooint, which florists are always on time, etc.....
