We were hoping for 120, had a 110 guarantee.

We have 133, so pretty close to perfect. Was stressed a little at first cuz we had to invite 170! (all relatives I don't know!) It all worked out in the end.

Did any of you have to add after you gave in your final count?

I just found out about 2 surprise guests. I called Fox Hollow but they are all busy getting set up for Valentine's Day...I guess I will find out tomorrow.

They really appreciate it if you type out your vendors before hand. Make sure you go over what has been promised in your contract and pick your linens and cake. It's a fun meeting! Good luck!

I am working on my programs now. Do I need a basket or something for them? Does someone have to pass them out?

Can the Fox Hollow just lay them out on a table?

I just gave the programs to them and they took of it. I believe they laid them out on a table for me.

Never even occured to me to ask, heh!

i gave my programs to the fox hollow & they put them on every other seat i believe. i never even asked what they'd do with them.....
