Tom Cruise and fiance Katie Holmes have signed off on a reported $A52.7 million pre-nuptial agreement.

The new parents spent weeks nutting out the finer points of the deal that will see a $19 million trust fund set up for Katie and baby Suri, regardless of whether Tom and Katie marry.

But if the star couple do marry, Katie will net an extra $33.5 million from the cashed-up Mission Impossible star.

And Karrine and I did that with and for each other.

“We unfortunately fought too much. But all we needed to get back on track was - nothing. Just each other, a quiet restaurant and that was it. The conversation always crackled, the laughs were effortless; it was the most delirious sort of mental ping-pong. Anyone who didn't tap into this woman's mind missed the best part of her!'

Maher is referring to the string of celebrity hook-ups she mentions in her best-selling book “Confessions of a Video Vixen,” including Usher, Sean Combs, Shaquille O'Neal, Vin Diesel, Bobby Brown and Ja Rule.

Meanwhile, the adult entertainment company that repackaged and released old footage of Steffans from a porn video she filmed years ago has released a statement announcing that her temporary restraining order against them has been denied.

Federal Judge George Schiavelli has tossed the TRO against Vivid Entertainment Group, which released the DVD “Superhead” on April 21. Steffans was seeking to block the company from distributing the film, which features her performing explicit sex scenes with famous adult actor Mr. Marcus.

Steffans' underlying lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment Group and Vivid Entertainment LLC for a permanent injunction and money damages over the DVD remains pending before Judge Schiavelli.


Okay someone please explain to me why is he still dealing w/ Superhead. Doesn't he know that being w/ her is like being w/ the whole hip hop industry, and then some

My aunt is a Jehovah's Witness and they have to do things like this too....they have to lie when they visit me...they say they are 'counselling me to the truth' but in reality, i banned such talk years ago if she wanted to be in my life.....and it worked...also, in order for my cousin to be a BM i had to reassure them all that it was NOT in a church (which it wasn't going to be, but still) so that there was no conflict! I think it's funny that it's ok if a preacher performs the ceremony for her to be a part of it, but it can't be physically in a church!

I have plenty of family memebers who are Jehovah's Witnesses. They never have to lie to visit me or any other family members who aren't ' in the truth' so they put it. And they def, dont' have to give birth in that matter. But it is true, according to their religion that they shouldn't participate in anything whether it be wedding ,funeral, or anything for that matter in a church. But it's still their choice if they do.

It's sad, but soooo true. I forgot to put in my post that the family I was talking about was my mother, father, grandmother, and plenty of aunts, and uncles. I was raised as a witness, and althoughI don't follow their teachings now, I know first hand what's fact, and false for that matter in this situation.

Nicole Richie, whose rail-thin frame has been a source of much discussion in the media, is now joining the chorus of voices saying that she is too skinny.

'I know I'm too thin right now, so I wouldn't want any young girl looking at me and saying, 'That's what I want to look like,' ' Richie tells Vanity Fair in its June issue. 'I do know that they will, which is another reason I really do need to do something about it. I'm not happy with the way I look right now.'

Richie blames her severe weight loss on, in part, her December breakup with then-fiancé Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein. 'I get really stressed out, and I do lose my appetite,' she says. (She and AM have been spotted together again recently.)

In an effort to put on a few pounds, Richie says she forced herself to eat – particularly high-calorie foods like burritos – but eventually sought professional help. 'I started seeing a nutritionist and a doctor. I was scared that it could be something more serious.'

She is also working with a psychiatrist and a personal trainer. Her medical team characterizes Richie's weight as 'in the realm of anorexia,' the magazine reports. However, Dr. Jeffery Wilkins, vice-chair of the department of psychiatry at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, points out, 'Our evaluation could change at any time.'

Wilkins adds, 'We're all concerned, and she's concerned, but it's either going to improve or it won't. If it's not anorexia, she should be able to gain the weight. If it ends up being anorexia, we'll help her with that. I think she's willing to look this in the eye.'

Still, Richie says she doesn't even know how much she weighs. 'I get weighed once a week with my nutritionist, but I don’t ask. Numbers aren't going to mean anything to me.'

Ultimately, Richie says her restless childhood, the divorce of her adoptive parents, Lionel and Brenda Richie, plus an adolescence spent partying and fighting drug addiction all contributed to her trouble with her weight.

'I want to be able to take whatever comes to me and not physically break down every time hard things come my way, because hard things are always going to come my way,' she says. 'I'm really trying to make it so I have the proper tools to deal with life.'

Richie, who is working on her first album and a follow-up to her novel The Truth About Diamonds, also sheds some light on the dissolution of her friendship with her Simple Life costar Paris Hilton: 'We never had a fight. I just decided I didn’t want to be her friend anymore.'

Although she's considered a style icon and media darling, Richie says she's still trying to figure things out for herself. 'Part of the reason I don't really talk about being sober is that I don't want to feel the pressure of being a role model,' she says. 'I am learning so much about myself that for me to tell other people what to do in their lives is something I'm not really fit to do. I'm a work in progress. I'm not 'there' yet. I don't know if I'll ever be 'there.'

If you read the article she promised him via a phone conversation ( or something like that) that she would give him a 'sign' of her love. That was her sign. I kind of thought it was cute. Seemed like step one in reconcilliation but than there were more fights so I don't think that is going to happen anymore.

The photographers who were camped outside her house tell TMZ that Stavros arrived around 1a.m. and spent an hour crying and ringing her door bell, begging to be let in. At one point, Stavros was spotted sprawled out on her driveway.

Around 2 am Paris finally let him in and the screaming continued. We are told they were so loud the fight could be heard outside the house. Stavros was heard hollering 'Take me back!' and 'I give you everything!!' Sources say during the fight Matt Leinart's name was brought up a few times.

Vince Vaughn has opened his heart about new love Jennifer Aniston - almost. The comic actor admitted he is happy with the former 'Friends' star - the ex-wife of Brad Pitt - but refused to reveal any more about their relationship.

Both Aniston and Vaughn have refused to officially confirm they are an item but it seems the actor is itching to tell the world about they're love for
one another.

Appearing on 'The Late Show', Vaughn was quizzed about the pair's blossoming romance by host David Letterman, who said to him: 'Hey, nice going on that Jennifer Aniston thing.'

Letterman then told Vaughn, who met Aniston while shooting new film 'The Break-Up', that he thought the pair made a 'nice' couple.

A slightly embarrassed Vaughn answered the chat show giant by saying: 'It's very nice of you to say that, Dave, thank you. Yeah, it's been kind of interesting for me, and I just choose not to talk about my private life that much publicly.'

However, when Letterman asked the actor if the pair were definitely couple, the 'Wedding Crashers' star refused to give a straight answer.

He said: 'I'm not saying we are or aren't a couple. I think she's great, but I just don't discuss whether we are.'
