We met with David when we went. I was so impressed with everything they were offereing he didn't have to sell me anything. We're such suckers!! I am going to try to negotiate on the mini vienesse and the seafood boat though.

You should try, it doesn't hurt. What's the seafood boat?

I actually met with frank..he was wonderful...thank you so much...that really helped....

oh..did you stay at the inn the night of?

Hi Sea!

I apologize, but I guess I am pretty slow in responding. No, I didn't stay there the night of; however, the day of, I got dressed in the bridal sweet, and Bryan and I spent our honeymoon night there. Believe me, we checked many of the hotels, and nothing could compare to the FH Inn. It was so soft and so bridal. WHen requesting the room, make sure they show and give you the bridal suite. When we were looking for a room at the Inn, one of the staff members showed us an executive suite, and tried to have us envisioned what the bridal suite would look like. When I left out of there, i was terribly disappointed. Which is why we'd decided to look around at other places. We had even thought about staying the night at OHEKA, but after a terrible, terrible experience, we decided against it. Then something told me, let's go back to the Fox Hollow Inn and get a second look. AT that time, a different person showed us the room - this time, the bridal suite. When we walked in that room, I couldn't help but smile. I was so elated. We worked out a deal for the room, and booked it immediately. If you decided to stay there, you will love it.

All the best,

Ericia -

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

if u can try not to do 14 per table..when i was there to look at the rooms a few tables were set for 14 and it looked way too tight! All of the chairs were touching eachother and it looked like it may be uncomfortable for the guests. (long tables not round)

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

In the winter garden room, the max is 12, but that too looked a bit cramped, so we settled for 10 to a table.

Re: The New FoxHollow Thread

Ok, after playing phone tag with Charlie for almost a week, I can now report on my experience with him. While he seems somewhat like a car salesman (I think someone also said that!) he has been good to deal with. I managed to get the mini-viennese thrown in for free and he is sending me out a new contract! I ms really happy about this.

Question for Ladies having reception in the Briar Fox. Does anyone remember how many people per table. I am trying to finalize my tables now

I had my reception in this room. The max is 18 at the long tables. I would recommend having 16 max. Its really not as cramped as i thought it would be. I think 18 is pushing it, but the tables are really big. I had 160 people in that room and my tables averaged out at 14 per table, but because I had to keep certain people together and others apart, some tables had 11-12 people and then some had 16 or 17.

Thanks I did the tables between 12 and 16 people per table. I can't believe I am getting married next week. I will definitely post a full review for all future Fox Hollow Brides
