Does anyone want a partner

weekly weigh ins to motivate our selves to eat and exercise. I am sliding down a slippery slope and need a buddy... We can FM weight if you are more comfortable that way

Sure - I'll keep you on Track if you like. I'm doing weight watchers and it's been great for me. But extra support is always appreciated.

FI and I are doing WW and its been great.

We just weighed in this morning

Once I hit my goal I plan on being a WW leader.

I enjoy talking WW tips and what we are doing to keep the weight off.

Ok Well here it goes Jan 9 135 pounds..... I want to lose 10...... I went to the gym today

and ate healthy

I weighed in this morning (my normal weigh in days are Saturdays by FI is going out early tomorrow so we did it today)

as of Jan 9, I weigh 135.

To date I have lost 27 pounds.

I want to loose 23 more pounds

I havent been feeling good today so all I had was coffee with skim milk and some noodles this afternoon

Ok, I'm at 179. I've been extra careful to follow my program, but I used a bunch of Flexpoints last night. No worries though.

Wino: I am 5 feet tall.

I dont really work out. I should. I do a lot of walking and we live on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building. So the stairs are my exercise as well. I run up and down all the flights everyday as exercise. Its my version of the stair master

we also have the total gym 1500 and trying to take that thing out is exercise all its own.

I also do yoga everyday. I havent in a while, but I am definatly going to be starting that again.
