i found it only 4mg....coffee is 50 so I am safe

yum - i drank hot chocolate and TONS of chocolate milk....the only caffeine i never bothered to count was the chocolate! i ate it ALL THE WAY through my pregnancy.Maybe THAT is why Sophie doesn't sleep!!!!
