Busy weekend - parents met, went to tasting, booked RD

Busy weekend - parents met, went to tasting, booked RD

FH and I had a really good time in NY this weekend. We got so much done....

FILs went with us to NY to meet my parents for the first time... I was pleasantly surprised at how well it went. For some reason, I didn't think that our parents would have anything to talk about. But my dad who is usually pretty quiet was quite the host.

Sat night we went to Larkfield Manor for our tasting. The food was amazing, fantastic, phenominal... I am so happy with our choice. My dad and FMIL complained about how far Larkfield was, but after the they had the food they said it was worth it.

Sunday we met with the pastor and discussed the ceremony. I am so excited bc she said we can throw petals inside and outside of the church.

Monday, FMIL booked our RD at Jillian's. Although it wasn't my first choice, FH really wanted it there. I didn't make a big deal about it bc he actually was interested in planning it.
