it has been posted but i'll share again..fh and i went to punta cana for the first time in november 02 and loved it so we took another couple back with us december 03 and he asked me on the beach during the sunset..i was such a bit** because he woke me up for a nap and i did not want to get up..lol i felt so badly afterwards for acting like that..

FH & I along with his brother, SIL, her parents & nieces & nephews were at WDW. It was his birthday dinner ... we sang happy bday and after he blew out the candles he gave me the knife to cut the cake ... next thing I knew he was down on his knee!!!!

Gee, you twisted my arm! LOL!

I'll try to make it as short as possible, but it's not easy.

This is the second time FH and I dated. The first time, for our 6 months anniversary he bought me a model of my favorite car (1957 Cheverolet BelAir) in powder blue.

So this time around of dating, it was our one year anniversary. I was cooking dinner, and while we were waiting we decided to exchange gifts. He bought me another model of a BelAir. This one was a little smaller, and red. But he was so excited wehn he gave it to me, telling me how the hood and the doors and the trunk open and stuff. I'm just sitting there like 'The other one did, too.' He was so upset by this. He was just like 'Take it out of the box. You have to look at it! take it out!!' So, I took it out, and noticed that the trunk had been scotch-taped closed. When I asked him, he played dumb and just said 'I don't know. Open it up.' When I did, my ring was inside!!!!

I was floored. I didn't have any idea he was going to be proposing. I held it up and looked at him, tears in my eyes. He got down next to me, and asked if I would make him the happiest man in the world and marry him. I think I said yes somewhere in the middle of all the tears!
