Low/No Cholesterol Recipes

Hi ladies! My FH has high cholesterol and is trying, through an altered diet, to lower it.

Do you have any good low or no cholesterol recipes? I want to make him some tupperware containers of meals, etc. to keep in the freezer. That way he can just eat at his convenience without grabbing something unheathly. Anything that freezes well would be wonderful!
