How many days is fh taking off BEFORE THE BIG DAY?

I almost got into a big argument, because my fh wants to take off only 1 day before the wedding. Is that enough time for the guys to prepare

Not to mentioned, we have to do re-hersal dinner that was scheduled 2 days before the wed., to give us enough time. But, now it looks like it will have to be the night before the wedding. Who wants to be bothered..with all this the night before there wedding. Not me.

Ladies..how many days is your fh taking off before the big day?

0 - he is not taking any days off! the wedding is sunday and he has friday night and saturday all day to do what he has to. plus he is already taking off awhile after the wedding for the hm
they really dont 'get ready' like we do.
* eta he gets home early enough in the week to help me with any last min. things and I would hope everything he needs to do is finalized the weekend before the wedding

Mine is not taking off before the wedding, I finally convinced him to at least take 1/2 a day, the day before, so he can take stuff up to hall.

We both are only taking off one day before. (Taking off Thursday, wedding is Friday)

He's not taking any days off....I am on my own with all the last minute running around the Thursday and Friday before the wedding!

1/2 day, to get ready for rehearsal dinner that Friday night. I don't think guys need that much time to get ready--so long as they pick up tuxes, should be fine...

ohhh goodness I hear you on that one. Im LUCKY if mine cuts it friday night ( before the fd on sat) most likely he will wind up rushing sat morning for the sunday wedding
( but in their defense we dont do our hair till that morning )

My FH took off the Friday before (we have a Sunday afternoon wedding) so he can sleep in a little, get his tux and any other last minute things. There isn't much that he will need to do so I am hoping he can use the day to help me.

FH is taking only 1 day off befores

I took off the Wed, Thur, and Fri before my Sat wedding and DH took the Thur and Friday and opened his store on Wed, so he was home by dinner time

We are gettng married Sat after Thanksgiving..so I get off Thurs and Fri. FI works 6 days a week so he will work Fri and just take off on the BIG day

We are getting married on a Sunday.
My FI is not taking any days off.
He is even working Sat. morning before. HE has too! and that is only until 11:00

Plus we are taking a 2 week honeymoon so we need all those days off.

Maybe 0 if he gets into the Police Academy, if not probably the same as me, 1/2 day on Thursday and all Friday. Our wedding is on Sunday.

It's funny that you ask this, we just started talking about this same thing recently.

He def wants to take the Friday before the wedding, but he also gets out at 3 most days so that would leave us time to do last min running around, except for the day we have to drop off everything at the swan club, but I was thinking I could do that myself.

We are getting married on Friday night, and I was planning on taking Wed & Thurs b/c we are having a few OOT guests, and I think FH is taking off Thursday, but then we are going for a 2 week HM, and he gets paid for only 1 week off, which is a real bummer!
