Chateau Briand brides.....I went there last night.....

I found out a few things incase anyone is interested.

First of all they are redoing the place with all new carpets and paint. I think its going to look pretty much the same though.

They are going to be doing menu cards for weddings on long rectangular ivory cardstock. They will have the CB logo on them and they will be placed on every other place on the table.

I saw the placecards and they dont look that bad. They are white with a few gold triangles on the bottom and written in really nice handwriting.

The table #s I didnt like. They are just plastic #s in a handle - I am going to have to make my own.

They said they MIGHT have chair covers to cover the blue chairs. I hope they have them and dont charge for them cause when I booked they said that the chairs would be different by the time I got married. I just dont want blue chairs and I dont want to pay for chair covers thats for sure!

Let me know if you have any other questions since its all fresh in my mind. We also took a ton of pictures but they are on the home computer and I am at work.

Did they give an ETA for the chair covers? The last time I was there, they would not give me a definate answer

When I met with CB they told me that they don't normally do menu cards and chair covers unless you want them to (for an extra charge)

They didnt give me an estimated time on the chair covers....I guess since they knew I have a year to go...but they better have them soon cause I need to put my mind at ease!

And as for the menu cards - they didnt say anything about an extra price to me. Jesus youd think we are paying them enough!
