The UPS guy is cute but....
One of my gifts came and was just a bunch of tiny shards of glass.
They were so tiny that it was coming out of the sealed box. I hope Bed, Bath and beyond will exchange it for us.

ouch!!! I am sorry to hear this but i would take the whole box right into the store and i would call the 1-800 #I am sure they will take care of it
