Ahhhhhh the Jones Beach concert schedule is up and tickets already went on sale!

While I was on my HM!!!

Last year (or maybe the one before) it took until June for the schedule to be up on the website, practically.

Now I'm afraid I'll miss alot of good shows. There are sooooooooo many good shows. Barenaked Ladies, Alanis Morisette (together), Fleetwood Mac, Aerosmith and Cheap Trick, The moody Blues, Sting and Annie Lenox, Kiss will be there with Poison (I don't think I'd want to go but holy cow that would be a good show for anyone that liked them), Rod Stewart, Bryan Adams, Cindy Lauper, Deep Purple with Joe Satriani and Thin LIzzy (not a DP fan but I like Thin LIzzy and would go just for them), The allman Brothers, RUSH, and CSN!!!!

So many rock bands this summer - I'm impressed! I wish I knew - I think I would have bought tickets too the whole series of shows!

I have to see who wants to go see what now and grab up some tickets!!!

There are still Barenaked Ladies tickets available. We want to try and see them!! But we may go the day of, because we did that with Tori Amos/Ben Folds at Jones Beach and i got the best seats i have ever had at a concert.... Floor, about the 10th row!!!

I actually want to see if i can get any fleetwood mac tickets up front. i have to look on ebay. i love stevie nicks she was mazing the last time i saw her at the beach.

Isn't she great?

Tracyg - I was thinking about doing that too but it's gotta be a band I don't mind not being able to see (like Aerosmith, I only like their old stuff). Do you just walk up the day of and find out if any tix are left? Or do you take the tickets that people buy but never pick up? How does that work to get the 'best' seats?

i would LOVE to see fleetwood mac but the tix are SO much money!
we did, however, get tix for BNL/alannis, orchestra seats -- im very excited :)

I'm going to see Aerosmith, Cyndi Lauper & the Corrs.

I was dying to see Rod Stewart again but they were $$$.

Id love to see FLeetwood Mac too but DH can't stand Stevie Nicks.

We just walked up and asked if any tickets were available. I guess they were tix that were never sold or picked up... i didn't ask. Plus that was a spur of the moment thing, we weren't planning on going but DH caved (i had been BEGGING to go)

I almost brought tickets for Fleetwood Mac the first day they were available to the public but the price was steep for good seats so I held off. I am so glad I did.

My company did a sponsorship with Clear Channel and they offered us tickets to the concert at a steal. The actual seats are in the nosebleed section but they are doing a VIP tent on the floor. I'll have to stand but I get to be on the floor for the concert. I am soo excited.

i wanted to see Aerosmith SO BAD!!!! I saw them 3 times already! they are awesome. The concert is 4 days before my wedding and I was asking everyone to go with me and no one would They thought I was crazy for even considering going!

I saw Fleetwood Mac 2 years ago (?) they were good but not as good as Aerosmith! The best concert I have ever been to was Billy Joel / Elton John. That was such a great SHOW... I've seen Joel about 3 times he's great but when you add Elton John (that was the best crowed ever) WOW...


I want to see Rush. And POISON!!!!! I love 80's hair bands. Everyone always laughs at me. But I dont care.

I saw Duran Duran there like 3 years ago, not all the originals of course but at least I saw my favorite Simon!

i bought tickets to see bnl for my mom for mothers day. i bought them presale so had to use fh amex. well he gets them in the mail the other day and he thought it was another credit card solicitation and ripped it in half before he opened it! that's when he saw the tickets! anyone know if there's anything we can do about this?

Can you go to Jones beach theater box office with both halves of the ticket stubs, the credit card, the email receipt and see if they can be reprinted? Or you can claim you never received them and maybe they will send a dulpicate?

I am too!!! I have never seen Kiss in concert but have seen Posion 3 times.

You can tell them you lost the ticket and they will make you goto the box office that day and pick up a voucher.

I'm going to try for Sting, Corrs, CSN, and DH wants to see Aerosmith and Fleetwood Mac. And maybe we'll try for BNL.

I think we need to draw straws becuase we will be broke after this summer if we see all these shows!
