South Beach question--starting tomorrow!
FH and I are starting South Beach together tomorrow. I was wondering what brand of ricotta is best for making those desserts. I tried one before but it tasted like a$$. Also, if I can't find 'Laughing Cow Light Cheese' is there some other brand I can use? thanks!!!

i've tried a few different ricotta cheeses..try polly o or sorrento part skim..when you mix it with the splenda and flavoring, it actually tastes pretty good!as far as the laughing cow, i couldn't find the lite one either,so i just ate the regular..I think they say to look for cheese under 6 grams of fat.
