What are you looking for - rental or to buy? I have a ton (that's where I live, as well as about 95% of my friends). Actually, most of us live in the same building. Sometimes good, sometimes bad.

The best thing to do would be to look through Newsday.com in their real estate sales section.
From there do a search for all the properties in Forest Hills (dont worry about putting house or co-op)... just put the city.
Then you will get a ton of listings. The listings in the 100k-300k range are usually the co-ops. Tons of brokers advertise in newsday and you will get a boatload of contacts to choose from.
Cheers!

One other advantage to looking in Newsday is you will get the FSBO listings that are sometimes priced cheaper than the ones the realtors have.Welcome New Vendors
