I'm getting married at the Chateau Briand....in need of a photographer and limo!!
I am getting married at the Chateau Briand on 8/20/05. Does anyone have any suggestions for reputable photographers and limo's? Also, has anyone booked or plan to take pictures at the Westbury Gardens?

FH and I are using Sherwood Triart and Royalty. Sherwood is a recommended Scotto vendor and they did my sister's wedding in April (she got married at Westbury Manor). They did a wonderful job and the pics were beautiful. I have used Royalty limos about a dozen times. Always had wonderful service and reliability. Alexis Limos is also supposed to be very good and they work out of CB

Just wanted to say congrats cause I am get married at the Chateau Briand too!!!
I have not used any of the Scotto vendors if thats what you are asking about....
Check out Duet, 12th Nite for photo...
I am using Royalty for limos but there are tons more to check out:

I am taking my pictures at a park by my house - although the Westbury Gardens are nice I cant afford the extra expense. If it rains, we are just going to do them all in the Monet Room at CB (even if it doesnt rain we are going to take some there too).

Latrice -- when you add a post to a thread then that thread is raised to the top of all the threads in a given category-I attempted to BUMP (bring up my post) a couple of Chateau Briand posts for you on the Brides helping Brides board but Heather / HBRADIO did the best one. So if you head over to the BHB board you will find several threads devoted to girls who got married at CB -- clear?

I am trying to book CB sometime soon and wanted to know what people were thinking...
My B.mgr is Kerry and she is so sweet! I was kinda wondering @ first if this was just to get us to book them or if after we book they will turn into the green eye monster... !
On the Feb. 16th I will be attending their Bridal showcase and the weekend b4 that I will going up to CB to see how they set up their ceremonies/weddings for the Normandy room.
I really would liek to keep in touch with you through this process since you have been there and done that!
After booking what's the next step?
Are their payments scary?
How many people are you having?
One thing I was looking @ with the Normandy room is that it is a little dark and I was just telling my FH that we need to make it brighter !! Don't want it to look like a club!!
I was telling Kerry that I would like to have a candle light ceremony.. which I think would be romantic but we will see...
What are they providing for your ceremony?
She explained that the ceremony would be an additional $500 but I can not remember what that included.
When I was telling her about the candle light ceremony she said "oh dodn't worry about that we, have plenty of candle."!!
Bu she didn't say whether or not I would have to pay for them...lol
Any way time for bed I have to get up to go to work so that I can pay for this wedding...
