i feel so bad for FH (vent, kind of long)

He is like heartbroken...but wont really admit it. 2 of his GM (he has 5 friends not including my brothers...YES our BP is HUGE) said that htey cannot come to his bachelor party. all the gm are his fraternity brothers and both of hte ones that said they cant come live here in DC. one of them dont even get me STARTED On how much we do for him. he is over here easily 4 or 5 nights a week since his GF works nights.....the best man is SO mad since he has been planning this for mnths and said that if it doesnt work for anyone to let him know!

they both cant come due to work, but still 1 of them works as a bartender on the weekends at a restaurant and 1 night a week and always complains about it, the other(the one who comes ovetr all the time) works tues- fri (but i know he can switch with soemone for a monday and he just went to VEGAS where he took off 5 days for a wedding for a coworker of his GF who they hvae only known for SIX MONTHS!)

UGH sorry to vent, i just feel so bad. the best man had even said if it was a money thing he would cover more and the one who works at the restaurant told FH that the opportuntiy cost of taking off of that 1 day is too much! !HELLO way to make my man feel like $hit!

what happend was one of the other GM slipped and told him (dummy) and so he asked the one that comes over all the time (K) if he was going to tell him or just not show up, and K responds 'dude, why are you acting like such a girl i though tyou were better than that' HELLO this is a once in a lifetime thing for him!

yeah he will get over it, but he found this out today and i came home and he was bummed hanging out in his sweats and wearing his big homer simpson head slippers lying on the couch with the dog...poor thing! but K didnt even CALL to come over hahahaha

I kind of hate this guy for thinking that telling your fh that he was 'acting like a girl' was an insult and THEN telling him he thought he was 'better than that.'

Maybe, just maybe, if this guy got his head out of his *ss, he would see that a woman would be smart enough, and have enough common sense and consideration to plan ahead and be sure to be at a good friend's b-party.
Sorry for your fh, I hate when 'friends' become short-sighted, self-absorbed, and won't go out of their way for people who will do so for them. (think you hit a nerve??? )
