House Update

our offer was accepted. i know things are not final until the contract is signed, so PLEASE keep your fingers crossed for us.

this is the house we saw a month ago and made an offer 2 days after it was on the market. she neither accepted nor rejected, but took it off the market. she recently found another home, so her house went back up last night. we haven't seen the house since, but know we LOVE it. we are going to get in there early this week w/ the engineer.
