1st Anniversary gift ideas????

Our 1 year anniversary is next month. We are planning to go to Vegas, but what can I get my honey. I'm always so bad at this. It's only been 12 years:) He's just so difficult. I just realized something yesterday, in 2 years we will have spent half of our lives together and then in 3, we will have spent more time together than not. WOW, it just blows my mind. If you have any gift ideas, even give me ideas of what you have gotten your men for birthdays, Christmas, or any time.
