1st time home buyer here!!

is there any advise you could give me? we ae starting to look this weekend and have never done this before.. my parents did it like 30 years ago so im looking for advise from some one who has done this recently

Congratulations on beginning the journey! My one piece of advice is to look at what you can afford. We looked at so many houses we couldn't afford 'just to see', and ended up longing for them. We did find a house in our price range that we love, but could have avoided much heart ache.

Thanks!! thats what i keep telling my husband, he wants to look at these 600K houses that we just cant afford!!! Ill keep you posted!! thanks again
