good luck, I am starting with points, because I need structure. But I want to try the core soon.

i agree - flex is a great program to start with, because it allows you to continue eating what you are currently eating, just in smaller quantities. the change in diet that the core program requires is pretty drastic, i think, if you haven't done flex beforehand.

Re: anyone doing the ww core diet?
I am coming off of South BEach so for me Core is good. I'm not saying it's easy, cause it's not - but it's similar foods to South Beach but IMO more permissive because I can have fruit, brown rice, etc. I still have 35 points a week to use if I want to on anything - so for me it's good. I don't want to do flex points and get used to eating junky foods again.

I'm coming off Atkins, that's why I like The Core. I lost 4.5lbs last week!!!
So far, I have been very happy with the core diet!!!

Re: anyone doing the ww core diet?
i tried for a week or 2 over the summer, but i like flex better because i feel like you have more options. although when i tried core i felt like i was eating so healthy. with flex i tend to use a lot of my points for junk and don't eat so many fruits and veggies.
