Re: Bourne Mansion Brides
Nope - I was actually just wondering when my next payment was due..... Do you know what bakery our cake comes from? I thought it was Audery's and then I heard Black Forest.

It's in Lindenhurst. I have a seen a couple of reviews with pictures from 2 girls on here who did not get the cakes they wanted and said the service was really bad....

Re: Bourne Mansion Brides
the new one is black forest - but i was assured that i can still order from audreys - that is who they were using when i made the contract with themif they do let me - i will not be happy
Audrey's has a great reputation and black forest does not have as good of one
but i will probably try both

Re: Bourne Mansion Brides
I haven't given much thought to the outside of the cake. I know I was buttercream frosting opposed to fondant. I wa sthinking something simple with maybe a red ribbon around each layer with fresh flowers. Not too sure. We do want a chocolate inside though, and I pretty sure that is extra.Do you know if we are allowed to do votive place cards?

Re: Bourne Mansion Brides
I don't get it, they make a square cake, but there is no stand for it?Do they have a stand for the round cake??
I thought they just sit on a table, I didn't know you needed a stand too.
