Did have them maid, if so who made them (and how much if you don't mind-feel free to FM).

If not, where did you order the paper from?

We're making ours (this Saturday, actually). I ordered the paper from paperandmore.com. They have the best prices!! I got 'Lively Ivory' linen cardstock (#80) for the cover and 'Sky Blue' linen paper for the inside.
