gifts for girls that are not in wedding party

Ok, since we are having my three nieces as flower girls, his nieces (ages 5, 8, 9 & 14) are not in the wedding party (FH didn't feel it was necessary, I asked). Well I thought I'd get them involved by handing out programs at the church - do you think I should get them each a little gift so they don't feel left out at the rehearsal? Or is that worse?

i don't really think it matters, but if you want to get them something i would keep it small
