My parents are selling their home, AGAIN!

They drive me crazy. My parents decided to sell their home again, I swear they are just bored. They moved from Old Brookville to Babylon about 2.5 years ago and now they are moving again. They had been talking about downsizing since it is just the two of them, but this came on suddenly. They were out driving around and found a house and made an offer! LOL! But this other house is older and they are going to gutt it. So they are going to move into a condo/apartment for nine months. You would think they would want to stay put. They are nuts I tell ya.

I tried looking on mlsli for their home, but it isn't there - is there a different site for luxury homes?

My parents are the same and they're in the mid 70's! I don't know how they do it, I don't ever want to move after we move into our new house.

Maybe their house is on an exclusive lisitng with the agent. It would not be on MLSLI if it is. My sister is going to be selling her house in Babylon Village in a few weeks too!

Honestly, I never got attached to this house like the one in Old Brookville, but they amaze me. I hate packing & moving. I can't imagine why they would want to do it again. They just added another bathroom to their master bdrm and did some other renovations the past year. Meanwhile I am trying to budget to do some landscaping in front of our tiny little cape. LOL.

BTW - you are right. I found their home on the RE site they are listed with. Thanks!
