Spinoff to the pics of the bridal shower hat......

What did you do with your hat????

I am sure most people throw it away but I feel weird - I am sentimental like that.

I know I have plenty of pics of it and true it is a dust collector...but I am limiting 'wedding memories' to one rubbermaid and I am sure I can fit it in.

Maybe I will feel differently after more time passes???

I think I finally gave my mom permission to get rid of it..it was sitting in my parents' den. I hate getting rid of things, but what in the world was I going to do with it?

It's in a hat box on the top shelf of my closet. I also have my yearbooks there and other sentimental stuff.

The bo-k part that they made me is hanging in the spare room in my parents house behind the door, so you can't see it. I might get rid of it, but I keep forgetting since I can't see it!

Mine is sitting in the storage area of the basement...just saw it yesterday. I am going to throw it out in a year or so...

Mine was different- an actuall baseball cap, I wore it around the house when I was in wwdding stress mode

Now it is in a pile of weding mementos ina cardboard box, I am looking for a more permanent box to save it all in.

I have one rubbermaid for all my stuff too. It's in there for now. When I have a house, I'd like to actually set up a little spot with all our wedding stuff. My SIL has something like that in her house, and it's so neat to see it all again
